Started my career as a full-stack developer, comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, and development frameworks, with a keenness for visual design and utility. I have an in-depth knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries such as HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, React js, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
For 3 years, I worked as a website developer, but it doesn’t allow me enough creativity, I realized that what I always wanted was to be able to create designs. My passion for visual designs, user research, and UI/UX made me switch to a career focused on product UI/UX design which I have found very enabling and enjoyable for me. Working at digital agencies for most of my career has helped me to observe and learn a lot. I have been working as a product designer for more than 4 years, on different design projects as a contractor and freelancer, training and mentoring budding designers, and learning on the job as I move design projects from ideation to completion.
I was deeply inspired by the way visuals and stories come together and they become powerful by the impacts they have on each other I have created front-end designs for web and mobile projects, actively participated in every step of web application framework redesigns, designs in Adobe Creative Suite, creating interactive prototypes in Principle, Protopie, CSS3 implementation, and usability testing.
About 7 years of working in the tech space, I have worked collaboratively with system managers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders. Driven my experiences, I specialize in design for both the web and digital applications, and my focus is on product design and user experience.
Expertly used Subversion control in collaboration with the product teams, developers, and designers for version control of medium-sized to large-sized design projects.
Completed over many UI/UX design projects for website and mobile applications using empathy maps, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes, to create fully functional and beautiful web and mobile applications.
I have developed and designed user experiences for websites, mobile, and web applications, managing web and interactive communication projects from initial consultation through successful launch. I have a proven ability to accurately execute various projects simultaneously and complete them by the given delivery deadline.
In my years of experience; I have worked with several agencies with quick timelines, working on several projects simultaneously and collaboratively with diverse teams. I am certified and proficient in the 5 stages of the design process. I have enough mastery of UI/UX design, having taken up several lead projects and taking them from idea to completion.
I keep digging till I figure out the exact user needs! By doing so, I am able to map out a clear vision of the design, bringing it to life accordingly, to give customers a clean, ergonomic product UX that brings about an influx of enthusiastic and satisfied users.
